This 3 month program is designed for people who are wanting to do the deep work. We dive deep into how what you’ve been through has informed what you’re currently going through in regards to your relationship with body image, food, movement, and self. This program includes weekly 1-1 calls with Lauren her 3 month course; Intuitively You, and pre-recorded trauma informed yoga and meditations.

This 50 something page cookbook includes some of our go-to meals from the past year. These recipes are a cross between Stu’s love for comfort food and my love for nutrient dense foods. My personal favorite is probably the Rice Noodle Salad and Stu loves anything with vegan Cheese Sauce.

My time in Lauren‘s Intuitively You program was nothing short of incredible. She created the most warm and loving space for me to talk all things body, and I felt safe talking to her about familial diet culture, emotional and physical traumas, present stagnancy, and escapism from my body.
