Plant Based Cookbook

plant based, made simple

This 50 something page cookbook includes some of our go-to meals from the past year. These recipes are a cross between Stu’s love for comfort food and my love for nutrient dense foods. My personal favorite is probably the Rice Noodle Salad and Stu loves anything with vegan Cheese Sauce.

Combining my background in holistic nutrition, intuitive eating, and being plant based myself; in addition to Stu’s 15 years of kitchen experience and creativity-- we have created something pretty magical.

We hope you enjoy it just as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Embodied Movement:
Creating a Safe Relationship with Exercise

This self paced course will help you examine your current relationship with fitness and learn to listen to the feedback your body provides to create a sustainable, embodied relationship with fitness.

This 9 Module Course helps you to identify and work through your current relationship with fitness by bridging the gap between your nervous system and how you move your body. We talk about how you can cultivate an embodied and sustainable relationship with fitness by working through your current stigma with weight, body image, diet culture and fitness. We then take a look at how our physiology and nervous system impacts our ability to stay consistent with fitness. By the end of the course you will have a greater understanding of how both your emotions and physiology play into creating a sustainable relationship with fitness. And you will have the tools to create a movement routine that works for you, your body, and your lifestyle.

Bite Sized Healing

A self paced course

Ready to connect back to yourself, regulate your emotions, and start to understand that you make sense?

This self-paced course will help walk you through 4 guideposts in your healing journey. Starting with learning to understand the nervous system, the nuance of greeting self-compassion with self-agency, realizing how stress and trauma are stored in the body, and finally, creating and navigating close relationships while supporting your own healing.

Cultivating Safety in the Body

a Trauma Informed Yoga Bundle

This trauma informed yoga bundle offers a variety of 15-45 minute yoga practices to help you create more safety and ease within your body. Practices include both restorative and heat-building flows.

If creating a consistent movement practice has always felt difficult or strained, consider this your invitation to redefine your relationship with it.

Believe it or not, the relationship we have with movement has the potential to be one of joy, pleasure, and ease. It can also allow us to improve our sleep, energy + mood, and help relieve stress. Once we let go of the body-modifying framework of movement and choose an approach of caring for our overall well-being, we unlock the true magic of movement.

The Inner Critic Workshop

Have you ever stopped and observed the way you talk to yourself?

If you’ve noticed your internal dialogue can be a little harsh, this workshop is for you. We’ve noticed some talk in the mental health space about “silencing” your inner critic. In our experience, trying to silence our parts isn’t really effective, and often results in more resistance and shame.

Through the lens of IFS, all of our parts play a protective role with the intention of keeping us safe. If our parts believe that having a harsh and critical internal dialogue keeps us safe, you can bet it’s going to do everything in its power to maintain that role.

In this workshop, we’re going to explore what it feels like to begin noticing and forming a relationship with the inner critic. The workshop will have both an educational and an experiential component. This will include a brief overview of parts work, some common root causes and core beliefs associated with inner-critic patterns, a somatic practice, and a self-reflective exercise.

Somatic Support:
Building Resilience and Connection

This self-paced course is designed to deepen your understanding of nervous system regulation and teach you somatic practices for connecting with yourself in a sustainable, authentic way. You’ll learn how to recognize and respond to your body’s signals to create a safe and grounded connection within.

Developing a sense of safety and ease in our bodies has been a transformative, yet ongoing, process. In the past, we both felt trapped in cycles of stress and disconnection, sometimes feeling as though we couldn’t even trust the signals our bodies were sending. By learning to listen to our own nervous systems, we have come to understand the root causes of our stress responses and how to support ourselves through them.
One of the most powerful parts of this journey has been learning that resilience isn’t about avoiding discomfort—it’s about increasing our capacity to be present with it. Now, our bodies have become a place where we feel connected and able to show up authentically in our relationships and lives. This course is designed to guide you through similar steps, at your own pace, so that you can build the confidence to handle discomfort, find joy in the moment, and come home to yourself.
