A cookbook filled with cozy, nutrient-rich meals for everyday nourishment
This 50+ page cookbook is a collection of some of our favorite go-to meals — a blend of Stu’s love for comfort food and my background in holistic nutrition and intuitive eating. You’ll find everything from vibrant bowls to creamy sauces, all rooted in simple, plant-forward ingredients.
While I’m no longer fully plant-based, these recipes still reflect a way of cooking that feels grounding, nourishing, and accessible — especially for those wanting to bring more care and intention into the way they eat.
Favorites include the Rice Noodle Salad (mine) and anything with vegan cheese sauce (Stu’s).
Created with love and a lot of taste-testing — we hope it brings some ease and joy to your kitchen, too.
Creating a Safe Relationship with Exercise
This self-paced course helps you explore your relationship with fitness through the lens of body awareness, nervous system support, and emotional safety.
Across 9 modules, you’ll learn how movement can become sustainable, nourishing, and connected — not driven by shame, body image, or external pressure. We’ll unpack the impact of weight stigma, diet culture, and nervous system responses on consistency, and offer tools to reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and supportive.
By the end, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what your body needs — and a movement routine that actually works for you.
A self-paced course for nervous system support & deeper self-connection
Ready to feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, and connected to yourself?
This course guides you through four key foundations of embodied healing:
• Understanding your nervous system
• Meeting self-compassion with self-agency
• Exploring how stress and trauma live in the body
• Building and navigating close relationships while honoring your process
Move at your own pace with gentle guidance, practical tools, and reflection prompts designed to help you remember — you make sense.
Start reconnecting with yourself, one bite-sized step at a time.
A trauma-informed yoga bundle for nervous system support
This collection includes a variety of 15–45 minute yoga practices — from restorative to gentle heat-building flows — all designed to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supportive, and easeful.
If movement has ever felt disconnected, difficult, or tied to body modification, this is your invitation to redefine the relationship. These practices center care over performance and are here to support sleep, mood, emotional regulation, and connection.
Movement can be a place of pleasure, presence, and possibility. This bundle is a step toward that.
A compassionate approach to working with the part of you that feels critical
If your internal dialogue feels harsh or judgmental at times, you’re not alone — and this workshop is for you.
Rather than trying to silence your inner critic, we explore it through the lens of parts work (IFS) — understanding it as a protective part doing its best to keep you safe. When we meet this part with curiosity instead of resistance, space opens up for connection and change.
Includes:
• A gentle overview of parts work
• Root causes + beliefs often tied to the inner critic
• A somatic practice
• A self-reflective exercise to support inner dialogue shifts
Learn how to relate to your inner critic in a way that feels safe, spacious, and empowering.
This self-paced course helps you deepen your understanding of nervous system regulation and reconnect with your body in a sustainable, authentic way.
You’ll learn to recognize your body’s cues, build capacity for discomfort, and cultivate a sense of safety within — not by pushing through, but by honoring your system’s pace. We share the same somatic tools we use in our own lives and sessions to support presence, regulation, and connection.
A space to come back to yourself, one breath at a time.
