Our membership and online resource community is a platform of trauma informed yoga, meditation, workouts, nutrition, somatic resources, and psychoeducation based around complex trauma and nervous system regulation. It also includes an online community of other like minded individuals who are choosing to take a front seat in their emotional health and healing. 

This is perfect for those who either haven’t started 1:1 work or want to supplement their 1:1 work with daily resources they can utilize to create forward momentum in their life. 

Each month we also have the option for community calls, hangouts, and Q&A with Lauren and team.

Bite Sized Healing

Our 4 Call Coaching Container with Additional Community & Virtual Support 

Bite Sized Healing is a 4 call coaching package with additional community support and access to a virtual platform of videos, tools, and exercises to integrate your healing. It is for if you are curious about healing, but the financial and time investment has felt overwhelming to you. You really want to dip your toes into it before committing all the way. 

It is also for you if you are a busy person who doesn’t have a lot of time in your week to dedicate to yourself, but you also crave a space where you can open up. You often give your all to other people, and a part of you really wants to create some space for you. 

Plant Based Cookbook

This 50 something page cookbook includes some of our go-to meals from the past year. These recipes are a cross between Stu’s love for comfort food and my love for nutrient dense foods. My personal favorite is probably the Rice Noodle Salad and Stu loves anything with vegan Cheese Sauce. 

Combining my background in holistic nutrition, intuitive eating, and being plant based myself; in addition to Stu’s 15 years of kitchen experience and creativity-- we have created something pretty magical. 

We hope you enjoy it just as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Embodied Movement: Creating a safe relationship with exercise 

This self paced course will help you examine your current relationship with fitness and learn to listen to the feedback your body provides to create a sustainable, embodied relationship with fitness.

This 9 Module Course helps you to identify and work through your current relationship with fitness by bridging the gap between your nervous system and how you move your body. We talk about how you can cultivate an embodied and sustainable relationship with fitness by working through your current stigma with weight, body image, diet culture and fitness. We then take a look at how our physiology and nervous system impacts our ability to stay consistent with fitness. By the end of the course you will have a greater understanding of how both your emotions and physiology play into creating a sustainable relationship with fitness. And you will have the tools to create a movement routine that works for you, your body, and your lifestyle.

She welcomed all topics of conversation, from childhood experiences to current relationship roadblocks, and helped me connect all things to presence in body and honoring my intuition. In such a short amount of time Lauren has helped me move mountains. I have started feeding myself, finding alternatives to shutting down when my emotions are elevated, and have found a type of movement that feels good and doesn’t trigger fantasies of weight loss. At the heart of her program is connection, and I cannot recommend this course enough.
