Hi! I’m Lauren Rasmussen (she/her), a Somatic Trauma Psychotherapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I support individuals navigating complex and relational trauma, nervous system dysregulation, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection from self or body.

My work is grounded in a body-based and psychodynamic approach, integrating trauma-informed principles with deep nervous system awareness. I believe that symptoms hold wisdom—our survival strategies are not flaws but adaptations. Together, we create space for curiosity, connection, and the gradual building of internal safety and resilience.
